Dear Parents,
I wanted to make you aware that we have a probable case of Hand, Foot and Mouth. Symptoms to look for are blister-like sores in the mouth, and a rash on the hands and feet. Other symptoms might include fever, sore throat, and loss of appetite. We have sanitized the toys, and as many surfaces as possible. Hopefully we killed all the germs related to this disease and no one else will come down with it. If your child will come down with HFM, they will probably do so over the weekend, or the beginning of next week.
