22 Adventures Ahead

Good afternoon preschool fam! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Break. Are you ready to finish out the year strong? We have 22 days left! Twenty two. Two two. That sounds crazy, but I can’t believe it.

It’s gonna be a busy 22 days, but first the letter “W”, Hearing and Vision Screening, Literacy Night, Kindergarten Round Up, and the Mother Daughter Tea.

Hearing and Vision-This is a mandated screening by the State of Michigan for entry into Kindergarten. It is a free screening provided by state trained techs. If you choose to skip this, you’ll need to follow up with your own doctor before Kindergarten. This will take place on Tuesday, April 14 between 11-12:30. You can head down to Mother’s Room past the office and through the church foyer after AM pickup and before PM dropoff. If you have any questions just let us know tomorrow.

Literacy Night-This is also on Tuesday, April 14 and will be held in the gym. You can bring some books to swap, find some new to you books, and do some fun activities. This is also a great opportunity to meet Mrs. Sordahl, our Kindergarten teacher.

Kindergarten Round Up-Yeehaw! Some of your kiddos will be headed to Mrs. Sordahl’s class next year, and on Thursday they’ll be able to head on over for an hour to see what a day in Kindergarten will be like.

Mother Daughter Tea-This is such a fun and relaxing event for moms, daughters, aunties, grandmas, and sisters in Christ. Sweet treats, hot tea, and fellowship…. What more could you ask for on a Sunday afternoon? RSVP for guaranteed seating by Friday, April 17th.

Now, onto our pictures from the week before break, and the links to our very catch songs that we sung for our hat parade. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Jesus Christ is Now Alive can be found here and Jesus Came Up Out Of That Grave can be found here. See y’all tomorrow!
