Hello Parents!
TONIGHT IS OUR SPRING FLING!! I am so excited!! I went to the dress rehearsal, and I think you are really going to like it! The kids really had fun! Of course, it is going to be WAY better tonight when our children will be performing also! They do such a great job! I can hardly wait for you to see it. Please have your child come to our classroom around 6:30. The evening will start at 7:00. Call me if you have any questions, please.
And can you believe we only have 2 weeks left of school for the year?! This coming week we will NOT have school on Wed, the 13th because the 3-8 grade children will be participating at our area track and field day. Schools from all over southeast Michigan and Ohio will be participating. It is a full day. We teachers also help to run the various events. The other days of the week we will be talking about the letter "z" and reviewing various Math concepts. We will be learning our new songs for our Graduation ceremony Wednesday, May 20th. So we are just teaching these kids song after song! That is ok, however, because the kids learn these songs so very quickly! They just amaze me! Plus they love to sing and do any actions we teach them. They are just so fun!
I'm not going to tell you what songs we learned last week, because you will just have to come to the Spring Fling tonight to hear them! See you there!!
