Hello Parents!
Welcome to 2026! It was such a joy to see all the children again!! We were all so happy to be together after our vacation! And not only was it great to see each other again, we have some different toys to play with in a play area that has been rearranged. Life is exciting! :)
This week we learned about the letter "g," rectangles vs. squares, and 1-8. Because we were learning about the letter "g" we made a glitter and a gum ball letter "g." I'm not sure about the kids, but Mrs. Seibert and I really liked the gumball "g." It was easy, quick but different. We also painted a snowman in the Pointillism like Georges Seurat. I was very proud of how well the children listened and tried to do as I asked them to do. This coming week we will be learning about the letter "d," the number 9, and shapes. One of the things we are going to learn about with the letter "d" is drums and dinosaurs. I will be trying the teach some kind of rhythm of the drums. We will see how that goes. Lol.
Another excited thing that happened this week is we got another friend in the afternoon to play with. Welcome to Zion, Victor!
May God Bless you!!
